Remembering Jeremy and Jean

  • by

Living seven years without our son Jeremy, and six years without our son Jean, doesn’t seem real. The most difficult thing we do each and everyday is get up and learn to live another day without them. They say acceptance is the last stage of grief, but how can one accept that their child or children are gone and never coming back? It just doesn’t seem humanly possible. We miss everything about them every single day. We long to hear their voice, see their smiles and watch them grow older. There are no new photos or selfies, and no new memories to cherish. All we can do is continue to honor their memory by focusing on the mission of the Jeremy Stom Remembrance Foundation  and pray that in doing so… we will possibly save a life.

As we do every year, we ask you to remember Jeremy, on Monday, April 25, 2016 and Jean, on Thursday, May 5, 2016 in the silence of your hearts. Jeremy will be remembered on April 25th at the 8:30 AM Mass, and Jean May 5th at the 7:00 AM Mass, during the intercession prayers at St. Francis de Sales Parish in Lake Zurich.

We thank you for continuing to walk with us on this very difficult journey and for your endless prayers, love and support.

Peace, love and gratitude,

Ciri, Sayra and Scott Stom
